Nationwide Callout for Mobility Scooter Faults

The price covers mainland UK only and excludes the Highlands, Isle of Wight and the post codes AB, FK, HS, IV, KW.

The callout includes a 15 minute diagnostic of your product to see if it can be repaired at your house or if we need parts. If we need to order parts there will be additional charges for the parts and labour charges including another callout charge.

If your product can be taken away to our workshop, we will aim to do that on the day so we can speed up the repair process and reduce the time you are without your product.
